Marilyn Bender Hanna, 77, passed away Monday, December 19, 2022, at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington. She was born in Mandan, North Dakota on June 13, 1945, to the late Joseph Bender and Pauline Lanz Bender. She attended St. Luke Catholic Church in Nicholasville. Left to cherish her memory are her son, John Joseph Hanna (Thuy); daughters, Jill Jarrett (Gary) and Sandi Hanna Anderson (Kevin); as well as eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Roger Bender. Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 pm, Wednesday, December 28, at St. Luke Catholic Church.
