Birthright of Lexington seeks Executive Director. This is a part-time, salaried position. Position Objective: The Executive Director is responsible for the overall administration and management of the Birthright of Lexington Chapter, including services and business operations. Reports to: Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

• Agree with and be willing to uphold the Birthright Mission Statement and policies.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Some Leadership Experience.
• Management/administrative experience.
• Problem solving, program development ability and computer knowledge.
• Self-starter with good judgement and integrity, with the ability to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision.
• Can provide leadership, encouragement, and direction to volunteers as well as working with clients to provide guidance and referrals.
• Strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position.
