David Keith Ash, 69, died early September 15, 2023 at his home. He was born in Louisville, KY on May 13, 1954 to the late Robert James and Ida Helen Fluhr Ash. He is survived by his wife, Kathy B. Ash and brothers and sisters: Gary (Carol) Ash, Danny (Jeanie) Ash, Vicki Froman, Jeff (Geri) Ash, Kathy (Greg) Rhineheimer, James (Jane) Ash, Lisa (John) Harmon, nineteen nieces and nephews, sisters in law, Patricia S. Mason and Sheralyn F. Brock. A memorial service is scheduled for September 26, 2023 from 4-8 pm at Assembly Hall, 210 South Lexington Ave., Wilmore, 40390. May he rest in peace.
